What is anxiety?

  • Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or fear about something that might happen. It is how our brain tries to protect us from danger, even if there is no real danger there.

  • Anxiety is experienced by everyone - i.e. before a test or an important event - however, when it happens too often or feels overwhelming, it can negatively impact daily life.

Can you Relate?

Do you often overthink?

Having trouble sleeping because you're up worrying?

One of the most important thing that I aim to do for all of my clients, is to provide them with the tools to cope outside of our sessions. We will discuss techniques that will place the power back into your hands and allow you to deal with your anxiety.

Absolutely! I have had success while working with a wide variety of anxieties.

No, anxiety is a normal part of life and we don't want to completely get rid of it. My goal is to get your level of anxiety to a much more manageable state, therefore putting the control back in your hands.
